Plain Porter - Cahills Farm Cheese, Limerick
Plain Porter is a glorious combination of vintage cheddar and Irish Porter (Guiness) sealed in brown wax. It looks and tastes amazing, with the Porter adding a sweet edge of chocolate and caramel to the mild creamy cheese. Definitely a cheese for St Patrick’s Day!
