• Brie With Green Pepper

Like its older famous sibling Cambozola, this Brie is an unusually creamy type of Brie from Kaeserei Champignon in Bavaria. The green peppercorns from Madagaskar give it a nice tangy twist without being overpowering.

What with? On a warm piece of toast this cheese will disappear fast. Some cornichons and cocktail tomatoes along side and a bottle of Bordeaux - perfect!
