Your Statutory rights are not affected by any of the following store policies.

Ordering Online
Ordering Online with us is safe and secure! We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site.

Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. Please note that any gift box or hamper which includes alcohol, will not be sold to customers under 18 years of age. Returns are accepted only if the goods are damaged. You must inform us within 24 hours from receipt by email or phone. We may request you return the item(s) to us in original, complete and undamaged packaging. If the item has not been returned to us in the original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. All returned goods must be accompanied by the delivery slip that accompanied the consignment. In the case of damaged, faulty or goods mistakenly shipped, a receipt for the return postage should be included within the package for the cost to be refunded. To return goods please contact us on info@internationalcheese.co.uk. None of the above terms affects your statutory rights if goods are damaged or incorrectly supplied nor does it affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.

We cannot refund or replace orders where someone does not like the cheese. Trying new foods always carries an element of risk that it may not be to your taste. We cannot give refunds or replacements where this is the case.

Cancellation of Order
International Cheese reserve the right not to accept or to cancel once accepted any order, without penalty. The customer may cancel an order without penalty only before we have processed it.

Prices
Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter, then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially and effectively.

Title
All rights of ownership and to possession of the goods supplied shall remain in and belong to International Cheese until full payment has been received for the goods. In the event of non-payment International Cheese has the right, without notice, to enter any premises owned or occupied by the buyer in order to recover all or any of the goods. Repossession of the goods by International Cheese shall be without prejudice to any other remedy of International Cheese. The buyer agrees to keep the goods identifiably the property of International Cheese and to keep them stored in merchandisable condition. The goods will be held by the buyer as bailee and agent for International Cheese until payment in full has been made. In the event of sale of the goods prior to payment of the price in full, the buyer shall hold the proceeds of the sale as an agent of International Cheese until payment in full has been made.

Contract Terms
We shall supply goods only on the condition that these terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between ourselves and our customers and these conditions superseded any prior agreement or arrangement.

Risk
Risk of damage or deterioration to the goods supplied passes to the buyer on delivery. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted.

Payment
Payment must be received by us before an order can be processed. We accept payment on line by Visa, MasterCard, Switch and Delta. Your payment is processed via a fully authorised Payment Service which ensures that all your information remains totally confidential. In the event that any payment is subsequently dishonoured any amount due will be chargeable with interest at the rate of 4% per annum over the base rate of LloydsTSB at the date on which payment falls due notwithstanding that such claims to interest and/or surcharges for non-payment may have been waived by us in the past. We reserve the right to re-impose without notice any discount that may have been allowed if payment is not made in full by the due date. All costs including legal fees incurred in collection of amounts due or in enforcing under the Title clause below will be payable by the customer.

Cheese Weights
Wherever possible we try to go over the purchased weight by a few grams, however if on occassion a cheese is a small amount under we always try and go over on the following cheese to balance it out.
